A free guide to choosing a connection setup for your phone, tablet or computer. Choose your device and internet protection or mesh messaging, then see what is available, what software or equipment it needs, and why a setup may be unavailable.

No Harbour account, payment or card is required. Your answers stay in the page. Official software may still need installation, a normal app-store account and device permissions. Any additional equipment is not supplied free.
What Harbour offers today
- Internet setup guidance through the separate official free Cloudflare WARP client, where supported.
- Mesh requirements and upstream application information for a separate messaging experiment.
- A plain text plan you can save, plus clear limits, connection checks and recovery steps.
Opening the guide does not activate protection. A VPN cannot make a device unhackable. Mesh messaging does not provide ordinary internet protection or guaranteed worldwide coverage.

Harbour app downloads
The Mac companion remains in private testing, and Harbour mesh is experimental. Public Harbour app downloads are held pending further assessment and device testing. The website explains this before suggesting an official supplier route.
