The site has had a facelift. The Build Log shows how this little place changes, including the odd squeaky floorboard. The work beyond the site is moving too. Here is where a few of its longer journeys stand.
Wandering & Wondering: First drafts of all eight books are complete. The first book is nearing publication standard, with the final editorial work still to do.
What Else Might Be True: The series has reached book four. It is still being written, so we are leaving room for the story to surprise us.
The Not Yet Bridge: The screenplay is moving through drafts. Excerpts have been read aloud for feedback, and that feedback is helping shape the next revisions.
Advanced information systems: We are preparing experiments that will need specialist expertise, computing power and other resources beyond what we have ourselves. The next step is to bring carefully scoped questions to professionals who can help test them. This work includes LLM development and contributes to a wider inquiry into harmonious growth. We will share methods and findings when they are ready to be described accurately, with appropriate regard for the people involved and the independence of their input.
Progress is worth sharing. So is knowing when a detail needs to stay in the workshop a little longer. The Build Log will keep the light on without pretending every door is ready to open.
